2 weeks to go!

The 83rd Welwyn Drama Festival is just two weeks away, have you got your tickets yet? Thirteen teams are busy with their last few rehearsals of fourteen plays, sorting costumes and props, arranging transport for their set or working out the best route to the Barn Theatre. Why not take a look at the schedule and select your night, then pop over to the Barn Theatre website to buy your tickets online. Just £10 a night, or £38 for all 6 nights. Bring a friend, and see how close you get to the adjudicator’s choice – there might be a bottle of Waitrose bubbly in it for you!

Have you entered yet?

4 months to go until the festival opens, 10 days to get your entry in!  As always we will accept late entries over the next few weeks but need to have the chance to read and review the scripts, organise the programme and ramp up the publicity. So if you are thinking of entering this year, please let us know and get your script to us as soon as you can.

Thank you so much, looking forward to  another successful Welwyn Drama Festival!
